About Me

As a hobby photographer I strive to capture the true essence and beauty of the world around us. Through my lens, I aim to showcase the raw and authentic moments that often go unnoticed.

This notion captivates me, and pushes my creativity every day and I am always on the lookout for the perfect shot.

Having used an Iphone and DSLR cameras for years, I now own a Canon R5, but have to say I am still mastering the art of manual, and editing in Lightroom Classic and am grateful for the many websites and local photographers who share their knowledge.

Golden hour is my favourite so you will see many shots during this wonderful time. I am also starting to concentrate on birdlife albeit challenging!

I live in Omokoroa in the sunny Western Bay of Plenty in New Zealand a most wonderful place for photography.
